Terms and Conditions

By completing your registration and submitting payment for Resonance HR Law webinars, you agree to the following terms and conditions set out by Resonance HR Law.

Payment
All registrations are payable in full at the time of purchase. Payment is processed securely through Squarespace Payments. Prices are listed in Canadian dollars.

Refund Policy
All sales are final. No refunds will be issued once registration is complete. If you are unable to attend the live session, the recording will be made available to registered participants for reference purposes.

PD Credit
This webinar series has been PD Pre-Approved by CPHR New Brunswick for 1.0 hour per session. PD credit is awarded only to attendees who attend the live session in full. Watching the recording does not qualify for CPHR NB PD hours. All registrants who complete the live session will receive a certification of completion within a week of attendance.

Recording and Intellectual Property
Sessions will be recorded. The recording is for the personal use of registered participants only and may not be shared, reproduced, or distributed without the written consent of Resonance HR Law. All content presented is the intellectual property of Resonance HR Law.

Privacy
Your personal information is collected for the purpose of registration and session delivery only. It will not be sold or shared with third parties. By registering, you will automatically be added to the Resonance HR Law mailing list. You can unsubscribe at any time. For questions about how your information is handled, contact us at admin@resonanceinc.ca.

Changes and Cancellations
Resonance HR Law reserves the right to reschedule or cancel a session. In the event of a cancellation by Resonance HR Law, registered participants will be notified by email and offered a full refund or transfer to a rescheduled date.
